SHIPPING
MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY TIME
ADORA team will start the manufacture of your products when we will receipt of payment confirmation and the measure requirements (for personalized items and coats) Manufacturing times will depend on the product, because they are handmade:
COLLARS AND LEASHES: 1-4 working days.
COATS: 5-10: working days (counting from ADORA having received all the necessary measurements for its manufacture from the customer).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE ONCE IT HAS BEEN MANUFACTURED?
Standard shipments to Spain: 1-3 business days
Standard shipments to Europe: 5-7 business days
Standard shipments outside the EU: 7-9 business days.
Standard shipments EUA, AUS: 12-15 business days.

HOW DO I FOLLOW THE STATE OF MY SHIPMENT?
We ship our products to the whole world through CERTIFIED MAIL from Barcelona. Once you start the process of sending your order, you will receive a mail confirmation of shipment with a tracking number and a link to the shipping locator of the transport agency selected by ADORA, so you can see where your package is.
You can also access My Account directly, where you can see the shipping code, and check your status on the transport agency’s website.
POSSIBLE CUSTOMS EXPENSES
ADORA does not control or assume the expenses caused by possible customs fees in the countries of destination. If these expenses are incurred, they must be assumed by the buyer.
